1 – Personal data that we process in order to provide our website

You can visit our website (smartportrait.io) and find out about our services without telling us who you are. When you visit our website, we only process technical data. This data includes the IP address and operating system of your device, the date and time of use, the last website accessed in the same browser window and the browser you use to access our website. These are necessary to make our website available.

2 – Personal data that we process for the provision of services

When you use the order forms on our website, enquire about our services and other offers or visit our social media presence, we process your contact details and other personal data relevant to the contract. We process this personal data for the purpose of providing services and information about our services.

We need your first name, surname, email address, telephone number and company name to respond to your inquiries. For the conclusion and processing of contracts concerning the use of chargeable services, we require further information, in particular the means of payment you have chosen and the invoice addressee.

  • Art. 6 para. 1 lit. e GDPR for the necessary processing of personal data for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest.

Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR for the necessary processing of personal data in order to protect the legitimate interests of us or third parties, unless the fundamental freedoms and rights and interests of the data subject prevail.

5 – How and for what we use cookies

We use cookies on our website and in our applications to offer you the best possible user experience and to obtain information to improve our service.
